But, you don’t, because, you don’t have enough time, because you can’t fit it in, you’ve kids, you’ve a stressful job, you like to sleep in, you … You can name many reasons for why you aren’t able to do what you need to do. I understand, I’m human too. One of my must have’s to stay feeling really good is a daily yoga practice, Monday’s are usually a day off and yesterday I was all about transferring my website and before I new it my day was off and going and my yoga was in the dust, and at the end of the day, I thought that was so easy leaving off something I know I need and love, but it didn’t make it onto my day’s activity. Which had me thinking about you. Before I work with a new client I get their health history discover what’s working and what isn’t, and I ask them, “what do you need to do to feel healthy”, nine out of ten people write an answer. Yesterday when yoga didn’t happen, I realized how easy it is to throw yourself under the bus, forgoing what you know you need for what seems so important!
